Over the weekend, I reviewed several of my database programs written in visual Basic 6.0. Discovered that all had DAO 3.51 reference in common. Aparantly this corrupted file was causing the error 429.
To solve the problem, copy the DAO 3.5 or DAO 3.6.dll Located on C:\Program Files\Commons Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO35.dll or DAO36.dll to window system32 subdirectory and register either file.
