[GENERAL] initdb failing

Hi all, I am using PostgreSQL 8.4.1 on Windows XP SP3 (64 -bit). This is what i get when i fire initdb command: /D:\Base\NetScope\pg\bin>initdb.exe -d -n -U postgres -D d:\base\netscope\pg\data Running in debug mode. Running in noclean mode. Mistakes will not be cleaned up. Running in debug
