Here is a late report on the OSDN database summit. It was great to meet so many PostgreSQL users, and to meet the major developers of MySQL, Interbase, and Sleepycat. We clearly have many of the same hopes and concerns for open-source databases. PostgreSQL had half of all attendees. Seems we must have done a good job publicising it.
