I believe we have agreed to call a string freeze as of beta 4.
That means that any string changes for the sake of prettiness are now to
be avoided. (Here, "strings" means any strings that compose messages seen
by the user.) This also includes adding new strings. String changes
because of bug fi

Seriously, beta 3 was the last beta (one hopes), so this is a good time.
If there are more changes required due to code fixes, I'll make sure

Remember that it's enough to change a single space to make that
translation of that string not work. To do "psql --help" and get half the
entries in swedish and half in english
