[Pharo-project] Loading OmniBrowser in 1.3 Core

I've already loaded AST and RB in a Core 1.3 #13299, how do you load
OmniBrowser with Shout support?
I've evaluated without success:

Gofer new
       squeaksource: 'PharoOB';
       package: 'ConfigurationOfOmniBrowser';
       load.
((Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfOmniBrowser) project version: #stable) load.
