Torsten, i remember about it.
We had problems with windows slave when migrated from Hudson to Jenkins.
Now they are gone.. so we can finish what is planned.

People often provide ZIP or TARs in open source projects for non-Windows
and special windows installers for M$ users. Its not uncommmon.

This is simple. The windows slave was a hell to make run. We got a lot of
problems
because of specific networks structure of our local INRIA setup.
Now this is somehow solved and by october we will move the a real jenkins
service (we were beta testers
for inria).
