i collect clocks too and my man charges me a minimum of 185 to clean them
but they are older than what you are describing
maybe someone in the music box society on this list can recommend someone
who does bellows on the crank organs
from what i have
Complete bellows assemblies are available through clock suppliers,
made the same as original, and very cheap. No need to rebuild.
