PHP version:      5.0.4
PHP Bug Type:     Date/time related
Bug description: strtotime doesn't parse "Sept."

Description:
------------
The strtotime() function understands the month of September
when it is written "Sep.", "Sep" or "Sept", but not "Sept.".

Other months like October can be written with a period after
the month's abbreviation and parse just fine.

Reproduce code:
---------------
echo(strtotime('24 Sept. 72'));

Expected result:
----------------
86166000

Actual result:
--------------
-1
