 Status: Closed
 Bug Type: Apache related
 Operating System: Windows 95b, 98
 PHP Version: 4.0.4
 New Comment:

I've the same problem, but I am running a Tomcat3.0. I think it has
something to do with xerces, since somehow I managed (once) to get rid
of the bug, and now at each explorer startup a message "Searching for
xerces_***.dll" appears.
OS is NT4.0.

And "not enough information" is definitely wrong, because thats all the
information you can get from the problem without running a debugger on
your own.

much to less information.
is this happening with some specific code?
is it related to an extension?
is it related to the apache module only?
...
please provide more information, i'm unable to reproduce it btw.

When the apache module is loaded, trying to launch applications with
context menus freezes Windows. Explorer has to be killed (Alt-Ctrl-Del)
and Windows automatically restarts it, messing up display and losing
all tray icons. Happened with Win95b, 98SE; Apache 1.3.12 and 1.3.14;
PHP 4.0.1 up to 4.0.5dev, all versions.
