Bug description:  SSL PHP Apache W2K non-co-operation

I run Windows 2000 Server with SP4 - Apache 2.0.47 -
PHP 4.3.3 - OpenSSL 0.9.7b and/or ModSSL 2.8.15.

It's look like working properly, lots of GET and POST 
process success, all of pages available. 
And then, No any forebode. No Sign,
Apache.exe break
Application popup: Apache.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x01f326f6" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be
"read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program 

Some times 2-3 days work without any problem.
In the last week operated 6 days.
Now, its breaked 2 times in 5 minutes.
