Description: ------------ Using PHP 4.3.8 a call to the function preg_replace yields the error: Call to undefined function: preg_replace() Similar behavior is not seen with php 4.3.7 built with the same configure arguments (--with-apxs --with-mysql=/usr/local) Reproduce code: --------------- The code producing the bug is VBulletin, in the following function: $scriptpath = preg_replace('/(s|sessionhash)=[a-z0-9]{32}?&?/', '', $scriptpath); Expected result: ---------------- The variable $scriptpath to be set.
