Please download a new PHP version from http://www.php.net/downloads.php If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open". Note that PHP works quite nicely on AIX when compiled as an CGI executable, or when compiled as an Apache 1.3.x. DSO module. On Linux though, with the *exact* same iPlanet and PHP versions, things actually work as expected when built as an nsapi module. Setting: LateInit=yes in obj.conf (to delay loading of module until ns-httpd has started) causes uxwdog to start successfully, but ns-httpd dies as soon as it loads the module.
