PHP version: 4.2.2
PHP Bug Type: Mail related
Bug description: SMTP set to localhost or 127.0.0.1 doesn't work.

I am using PHP versio 4.2.2 on Windows 2000, installed with
php-4.2.2-installer.exe.

MS SMTP is running and works fine with CDONTS in ASP.

But PHP cannot send email if php.ini is set to SMTP =localhost or to SMTP
=127.0.0.1.

It does work if set to my ISP's SMTP server.
