Operating system: WinXP
PHP version: 5.0.3
PHP Bug Type: Session related
Bug description: session_write_close has to be called explicitly

Description:
------------
If user handlers are set, the Write callback is not triggered and so
session vars set to $_SESSION are not persisted on the end of the script
unless session_write_close is called.

This is related to bugs #16282 and #12915.
