Bug description:  COM does not work with this version of PHP (using IIS)

Description:

Calling a COM dll returns a timeout

Reproduce code:
---------------
$obj = new COM( "Project1.Class1" ) or die("Unable to instantiate
Project1");

echo "test=" . $obj->DoStuff(); // <-- GETTING A TIMEOUT HERE
$stack = null;


Expected result:
----------------
echo "test=" . $obj->DoStuff(); // <-- GETTING A TIMEOUT HERE

This line should return a string value

Actual result:
--------------
echo "test=" . $obj->DoStuff(); // <-- GETTING A TIMEOUT HERE

Getting a timeout after a while here.
