PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: __FILE__ behavior changed between last week and this week

Description:
------------
if test.php is:

<?php echo __FILE__; ?>

running "php test.php" used to spit out the full path to test.php, now it
just spits out "test.php"

note that

php -r "include 'test.php';"

spits out the whole path to test.php
