Similar to [now marked bogus] <a href="http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=37803";>bug #37803</a>. I have tried using the binary that is being run to execute a few test scripts (in case I screwed the build proccess) and it excutes them with no problems at all, it just seems to dislike the pear installer.
