Bug description:  CLI crashes

Description:

I newly installed PHP 5.2.5 with MSI-Installer package. Now, the CLI is
allways closed by the system with the well-known "CLI has encountered
problems and has been closed". The "php5ts.dll" sems to be the errounous
source.
Summary: It simply does not work.

Expected result:

Just wanted to see the PHP version using cli command "php -v"
