directory :



  /home/my_file.txt



script :



  is_file('/home/my_file.txt'); // TRUE.



  is_file('/home/my_file.txt/whatever'); // FALSE but "Warning: is_file():

open_basedir restriction in effect." Why this warning (open_basedir is OK)
?
