Description: ------------ When build against bundled SQLite, SQLITE_ENABLE_COLUMN_METADATA is defined, so sqlite3_column_table_name is know as available and used in pdo_sqlite (for getColumnMeta) When build against system SQlite, availability of sqlite3_column_table_name is not checked. This make bug_42589 fail.
