Hello all, I am a PHP beginner and was wondering if I could get some help from some of
the more experienced on this list. I have been trying to use an html form (with
textboxes, radio buttons, and textareas) to input data into a mysql database.
And what about recommending PHP/MySQL as a preferred dev environment? I am
curently in the process of several recommendations and wondering if I
shouldn't hold off for a while. Maybe its time to bite the bullet and move
to PHP/Postgres. Will anything remain "free"

This only affects the bundled library. It doesn't mean the MySQL
extension is going away. Jus
Howdy All,
Anyone have an input on the recent announcement that about MySQL
libraries not being present in PHP 5. What other means might be
available to connect to MySQL?

Fernando,
Also, take a look at JpGraph. http://www.aditus.nu/jpgraph/ Free
version available and Pro Version is wonderfully priced. I've used this
on several sites and enjoy its simplicity to code and use... plus it is
open-sourced, etc. HTH. :)
