[PHP-DB] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock'

I have this error Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (111) what appening? AND I CANT connect to mysql for html page why?? I'm comming crazy! -- --- -= franky
