Dunno if that solves that bug entirely, but at least it follows the php.ini
on/off config flags, instead of putting 0 and 1 for boolean settings.

Hi all,
Here are the two SAPI apps I wrote recently to help me to use the PHP more
productively.
The first is php_srv, and enables me to run the script as windows service,
or as standard console application.
It has the --install, --install-auto, --remove service management options,
and --logfile
