Setting globals on/off has no effect (yes, I am restarting the IIS service after each alteration to the php.ini file). Placing a "phpinfo(INFO_VARIABLES);" for instance will list the $HTTP_GET_VARS, $HTTP_POST_VARS, $HTTP_SERVER_VARS variables but not the $HTTP_POST_FILES variables - they simply aren't there! Is it a bug, or a feature, or have I forgotten something?
