Try this: (and send the output to this list (As attachment)):
strace /bin/httpd 2>&1 >httpd-trace
this will make a file "httpd-trace".

Php 4.0.5 and 4.0.6 versions aren't ok, if I compile php module with solid
option (--with-solid=[dir]) apache starts and stops immediatly.
Without this options apache is good!
I've
