We include apache2 support in a bunch of releases while Apache 2 is in
alpha, but when it's GA-released, we drop the support? What's the sense

They'll probably enter bug reports saying that --with-apxs does not work
with apache 2.0.35. I think it's better to release unstable code provided
that it is marked so, than to release nothing at all.
