I started a faq on this but anyway one can
use K (kilobytes) or M (megabytes) for these
type of directives. A plain integer == Bytes.

in your php.ini file you have allocated only 8mb for use... this is probably not
sufficient for your scripts to use...
remember that this size is in bytes...
you might want something like this...
