I need to figure out by tonight how to:
1. open a .pdf file using php.
2. add text to certain parts of it.
3. save it and output to browser.
4. Then delete the temp file so the process can be done over again.
I have PDFlib but not the $1000 PDI addition

I've done something similar (encrypt a message, send it to a client, let
them decrypt locally), and so far, the easiest solution was to simply
install PHP and Apache on their PC.
You could also check out PGP-GTK, which is a cross-platform, client-side
extension to PHP for making GUI's... haven't

fputs($fp,text to the file);
fclose($fp);
