[PHP] force SQL user/host/password in sql.safe_mode

Hello, working by an ISP, I'd like to force my users to use given databases - force the hostname, user, password and database too. I thought I can do that with defining "sql.safe_mode On" but as it seems now, it is not possible to do this. Any idea about how to do it? --
