Hi I can't install PHP on Windows.
The error: Windows Can't found c:\Windows\System32\issext.vbs
What Can I do?

Fedora core 3 (new) - apache installed with the new install (off the CDs).
I downloaded the PHP 5.02 source and am attempting to install. I am using
the configure option:
--with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs \
and am getting a compile error:
apxs was not found.
There is no file: /usr/sbin/apxs
