Hi there,
I'm having trouble getting PEAR to behave on my Mac, and I was wondering if there might be some obvious reason that somebody could point out. I'm running OS X 10.3.5 and PHP 4.3.8.
Here's the summary:
$ pear upgrade-all Will upgrade archive_tar Will upgrade db Will upgrade http Will upgrade mail Will upgrade net_smtp Will upgrade net_socket Will upgrade xml_parser downloading Archive_Tar-1.2.tgz ... Starting to download Archive_Tar-1.2.tgz (14,792 bytes) .....done: 14,792 bytes
At this point the terminal window just sits there. The same happens if I issue the command using sudo, and also with the 'pear install' command.
