Dear all, I have some questions concerning the usage of OpenSSL within PHP. I'm a litle confused by the fact that I couldn't find any function capable of verifying if a X.509 certificate is valid or not. For instance, I wish to develop some applications were some X.509 certificates will be exchanged and I would like to know if the certificate that I'm receiving is a trustworthy one or not. More, there is no way to get from a certificate either the CA public key, nor the subject public key, neither the signature. Any help on how can i do this? Best regards and thanks in advance.
