this will not work, but what you can do is this:
$ser = serialize($this);
echo a href=foo.php?this=$serBar/a\n;
and then do this in foo.php:
$object = deserialize($_GET['this']);
Another way could be to use sessions, which will be a lot easier to work
with in this case.

an object between pages with sessions - UNLESS...
