I like to use foreach:
foreach($Classes as

Try this:
$count = count ($Classes);
for($i=0; $i$count; $i++){
$CurrentIndexValue = key($Classes);
$CurrentContents = current($Classes);
echo option value='$CurrentIndexValue'$CurrentContents/option;
next($Classes);
}
instead of the for loop you're using.
