What I've found wrong so far is the following: 1. all_logs.MRG contains the name of one more table than it should. For instance, my log rotate schedule is currently set to 2, but for some reason it keeps tables for 4 days. My all_logs.MRG file ends up looking like this: logs logs20060811 logs
