[PHP-WEBMASTER] Dealing with CFP / Conference dates

Hello everyone, What would be a good way to deal with the CFP / Conference date? Most if not all of the conferences have different dates, and organisers submit it all at once. Is there any decent way we can work around this? Maybe add a CFP date and a conference date to the news item? Regards, S
