[PHP-WEBMASTER] Website restrictions in Iran

Hi there. It's at least one year that php.net website is not reachable in Iran. I think you have some restrictions in this regard. As we use any VPN or Proxy, php.net website works well. May you tell me why you have done such limitation? Thank you in advance. -- Best wishes, *Mohammad Bagher Sabe
