Hi, my name is Chris (wiki username cmbaker), I’d like to participate in the RFC process and generally contribute to the future of PHP. I spend some (/some/too much/) time in the PHP room at Stack Overflow, where many RFCs are the subject of debate and discussion. I would like to become an active participant in these RFCs rather than an observer.
Considering how much time I spend using PHP, learning about PHP, and thinking about PHP, I’d like to play a more active role in the future of the language. I’ve been actively teaching myself the skills necessary to contribute to the source, and feel that I am ready to increase my engagement. Thanks!
