Description: ------------ The website does not always give a valid response. Sometimes you will receive the following response: Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset. This is not browser specific. There are two IP addresses for php.net: 69.147.83.197 and 69.147.83.199.
