Hi! To specify: a mockup from person unable to came up with new shiny idea and lacking special design skills. This is shameless rip-off from the php.net itself and an attempt to use it for our bugtracker.

Code is a total crap for now (mostly copy&paste from php.net/git-php) so it doesn't make any sense to share it. If the feedback, however, will be positive I will rewrite it and I'm willing to put it online for further work or consulting. I would, of course, also take care of implementing it in web-bugs if we would want such redesign.
