IIS 5.1 PHP 4.3.0 with this configuration:

IIS config:
Anonymous access off
Integrated windows authentication on

"A system error has occured.
System error 1067 has occured.
The proces terminated unexpectedly."
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem ?
