What's the *best* way to test and make one manual section? 'make html'
takes awhile when testing output, for example, of var.xml. Editing
manual.xml is a pain, intuitively speaking I'd like to do this:
make html en/functions/var.xml

In the current en manual this is not true for:
Calender functions
Hyperwave functions
Image functions
Ming functions for Flash
Oracle 8 functions
Oracle functions
At least in they should be
