on the DocBook 3 and its internal structure, while
we now use DocBook 4 which does look a little

Please revert this patch. We use German text in examples. BTW you
have introduced commas in enumeration before the closing "und". This
is an error in German and Hungarian but not in English.

It is a bug for a long time now, and should be a parameter in DSSSL
sheets. It's because the same reason, why features, language, and
zend parts begin from those numbers...
