How about we add another column to the ini_set()
docs that explain these issues. Like for
register_globals say why it won't give you
$id from GET, etc. But why you might want to
set it at runtime.
Basically, people assume "can be set at runtime"
means the directive can be set at runtime,
I have interest in helping in the translation of the documentation for
pt_BR.
How to proceed?
