Expat is a SAX parser. It can handle blocks (
..the integrated files features/error-handling.xml and images.xml I'll
want to ask for your opinion.
Is it ok to delete them and adjust manual.xml.in?
This would affect all languages as those file would not be longer
build. For the non-en-languages this would imply content-loss in the
manuals.
