I am a complete newbie to php environment and I am in the need to change the
register_globals from the state they are now(off ) to "on" how do I go about
that

Hi people
I've had the following erros in the cygwin when run ./configure
I have installed cygwin in c:/cygwin/
Before the error below i've got a error, that tell me that the file
'file-entities.xml' cannot be open for writing so i needed replace
$fp = fopen("$out_dir/entities/file-entities.en
