Can't we set up an IP-based ban systelm for the bugs reports or anything

one was 'compiled' here at home because the automatic stuff, and live
docs are not implemented yet. Atleast we have a fresh version now :)

Max OS X.
I haven't found a simple XML editor for it yet, so I'm using the Eclipse
platform (which might be overkill for this type of work).

That needs some modifying but then it will be ready to go live. Need
some more time for that.

I didn't even know there is an option called "notls" for argument
mailbox until I saw the comment because it's not mentioned at the
description.
Is there specification documents in addition to the manual?
I wonder how other users could comment on this. They must have read PHP
source code?
