No crash here, compiles fine - really strange!
Except one small issue: "Anhang" aka Appendixes does, for some reason I
don't know, not show up in the toc. But the content is there...

I have summarized the tasks needed to be done to move the manual install
part to its 'final place'. Currently people are discouraged to modify or
translate the install part files because this task is not finished yet.
This does not help the documentation effort...
