There are a bunch of little changes I'd like to suggest for the manual, but
I'd rather not open a new bug report for each... is it okay if I post them

Good. This will work in PHP 4 as I see, in future versions, plus PHP 5 I
guess. It is still not a solution for the supplemental DLL loading of
PHP extensions... :(
