Hello systems@ (phpdoc CCed),
I've recently started keeping an eye on user notes, and think it would
useful to maintain a simple archive of note deletion "reasons". Deleting
can seem arbitrary without this sort of functionality.
I updated my checkout of master-web (Wez told me that systems@ is
